APPROVED – subject to certain modifications – Application by Leclerc Communication inc. (Leclerc) for authority to acquire from Média ClassiQ inc. the assets of the French-language commercial specialty radio station CJPX-FM Montréal, and for a new broadcasting licence to continue the operation of this station.
Application by Leclerc to amend CJPX-FM’s conditions of licence in order to change the station’s specialty format to a mainstream commercial format.
